With over 15 years of senior leadership experience in retail, I bring a unique blend of strategic vision and hands-on expertise to help organizations drive meaningful growth and change. I’ve successfully led initiatives ranging from in-store experience transformations across 385 locations to launching innovative e-commerce platforms, like a subscription-based service that was a first for the organization. My proven track record includes integrating digital and physical retail strategies, executing high-impact pop-ups, and mobilizing frontline teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Scrub Club

As Project Lead for Scrub Club, I lead the development and operations of a new digital property that enables subscription based shopping for scrubs. Responsible for the customer research, strategy development, site build, brand development and build of P&L. Operational site management included, monitoring core KPI's and building performance plans to optimize results. 

As Associate Vice President of In-Store Experience at Mark’s, I led the transformation of customer experiences across 385 stores, driving consistent Net Promoter Score (NPS) growth and elevating brand engagement. I spearheaded innovative initiatives, including omni-channel integrations, new store formats, and national rebranding efforts, positioning the brand as a leader in customer-centric retail.

As a Senior Manager of Visual Merchandising, I oversaw the strategic planning and execution of in-store displays and layouts across multiple locations, ensuring alignment with brand standards and marketing strategies. I led cross-functional teams to deliver impactful visual presentations that enhanced the customer experience, optimized product placement, and drove sales performance, contributing to the overall success of the brand.
